Audrey Frantz - Instructor/Owner
Audrey fell in love with Pilates during her very first session. After struggling with various exercise modalities, she had finally found the perfect physical conditioning program for herself. Pilates allowed her to develop greater awareness and understanding of her own body asymmetries in posture and movement. Audrey works with each client to bring this awareness to their own physical needs.
All her clients have benefited from her knowledge and skill to guide them toward optimum fitness through the Pilates Method. The Pilates Method emphasizes teaching proper alignment and core strength - thereby strengthening muscles safely, effectively and with good form.
Audrey received her Pilates certification in 2001 through Long Beach Dance Conditioning. Her client list includes people of all ages and abilities, golfers and celebrities.
